100% Money Back Guarantee: Excludes postage costs. Please contact me to arrange a refund if you are unhappy with your products or they do not meet your expectations. Refunds are only available within one month of purchase.

Free Samples Please do not request free samples. Since my products have a 100% Money Back Guarantee, I do not post and pack free samples.
Samples are included in all orders over $50 and are also given away at shows and stalls.

Shipping: At this time, I ship to Australia only via Local Delivery or Australia Post.
Local Delivery is available to the following towns only: Katanning, Nyabing and Pingrup.
For those in Katanning & surrounds, the delivery point is Eclipse Hair Salon in Clive St, unless otherwise specified.
For those near Pingrup, the Pingrup Community Resource Centre stocks Skinflint products.

If you choose to have your order sent via Australia Post, there is one flat rate for postage, $8.50.
Postage is kept as low as possible and is often discounted.

Disclaimer

Since the products are not mass produced in a factory, they may not have a long shelf life. It's best to use your products within 6 months of opening and 8 months of purchase.
Try to keep your products in a stable environment. Extreme heat may cause separation and may compromise preservative effectiveness. Discard products that have been exposed to extreme heat.
