WHOLESALE CONDITIONS

25% off normal retail price for most products
Initial Order Minimum: $500.00
Minimum Subsequent Orders:$350.00

No minimum order frequency.

1. Skinflint will supply product ordered within a reasonable time frame, usually less than a week from the order date.

2. Product will not be supplied until payment is made.

3. Payment is to be made using one of the following methods:

(i) EFT: Please email me for details
(ii) Cheque or Money Order (order will not be supplied until cheques are cleared)
(iii) Paypal: skinflint@skinflint.com.au

4. Reseller is to pay for postage. If local (60km radius of Nyabing), Skinflint will deliver for free during office hours.

5. Skinflint can provide an information booklet for your customers to view. Pamphlets, order forms, paper carry bags etc are available for sale on the website.

6. Reseller to pay for full sized testers as required by reseller.

7. Reseller to maintain cleanliness of products, shelving and testers. I find throw-away wooden popsticks are the best option to prevent contamination and possible spoilage.
Skinflint reserves the right to refuse a reseller further sales on the basis of poor or unhygienic presentation.

8. Recommended retail price must be adhered to. Skinflint will alert resellers of any price rises or special offers.
In the situation where stock is more than 6 months old, resellers may reduce the price to encourage sales.

9. Minimum orders may be negotiated, however, discount will be reduced proportionately.
